What is Happy Ever Eve?

Happy Ever Eve is a family boutique with mostly new items, but also a section for used/bargain items.  Not only will you find amazing things for yourself and your family, but join our Facebook Group and you will also find a welcoming environment where you can see things first hand, find fit videos, interaction posts, and just all around a comfortable and cozy setting.

 

What are pre-orders?

Pre-orders are items that still need to be produced.  This can be up to a 1-3+ month wait.  Estimated arrivals will be posted, but please understand shipping delays do happen and this is out of my control.

 

What is the return/refund/exchange policy?

Returns with full refunds are only accepted within 14 days of purchasing. This will be in the form of store credit unless the item has arrived damaged/defective. Any returns must be returned in its original condition. This means it still has tags, no smells, no stains, no damage, nothing! Returns will not be accepted on sale items, holiday items, adult products/clothing (as in lingerie, etc), and/or beauty products. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are accepted, but again, shipping back and to again will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us regarding any returns/refunds/exchanges. Policy may vary based on certain situations.  Store credit will be in the form of a discount code.

 

What are the delivery options?

Happily Ever Eve offers shipping and local pickup.  Shipping is divided into 3 tiers and is based on weight.  The highest tier being $8.50.  Free shipping is available on orders over $100.  Pickup is available in Abbotsford, WI.  You must contact us for pickup to ensure the date/time works for us.  You must pick up your order within a month.  Inventory will be back up for grabs after the month hold and you will not be refunded.

 

Am I able to cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled, but only if the order has not been shipped yet.  Once orders have shipped, they cannot be cancelled or altered in any way. Pickup orders have up to 1 week to cancel, but will only receive store credit for a refund in the form of a discount code.
